**Last night at 8:30**
Me: Man, was that ever a good movie! I think I'm gonna draw fanart of it!
**Half hour sketch is done and uploaded onto DA, outline cged**
Me: That looks so good! I'll finish cging it tomorrow.
**Next day: after about 5 hours working on CG...**
Me: MY EYES! *FALLS OVER DEAD*

That's how this pic came to be. But sitll, I love the outcome. I like how I did the hair, especially Violet's. Isn't she gorgeous? I wish I looked like her. D; In the pic it took all my will to make Klaus NOT look like Harry Potter. I was very very very close to it many times. ^^; Then I was gonna color his eyes green and I had to stop myself cuz then he'd really look like Harry. @.@ The pictures I used as color references never really showed their eye colors, so I gave them my own. I gave Violet a... purple color because of her name. Plus I always thought that Auburn hair and purple eyes were gorgeous together. Sunny doesn't have a bunny in the movie, but I thought it'd be cute to give her one. ^^:

Violet, Sunny, and Klaus Baudelaire (c) Lemony Snicket? Is that the actual author? I'm so confused!!!! .... and Nickolodian.

I'd love to see that movie, but I have to wait till it comes out on DVD.. cause I do NOT want to see the Dutch dub... << shivers >>

Hmm..

I like this still...

(I haven't seen the movie, so I apologize for my noob-ness), the coloring is composed nicely, and nicely done on the female (yeah, I have to agree, she is quite beautiful, the actress...); You were rather close on making the boy look like HP big time, even though the face looks a tad distorded, but you did an excellent job none-the-less. Also, good decision on the background, it kept up with that 'mood' for the so called 'poor children'...
